01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and bff77 ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the bff77 website, its sub-domains, and all associated betting, casino, and gaming services offered through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager on bff77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the bff77 platform. bff77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; the version published on this page at the time of your activity constitutes the operative agreement.

02Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account and use the bff77 platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent this requirement is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person accessing the platform for personal recreational use only, not a corporation or other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving bKash or Nagad transactions.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended bff77 account. Each player is permitted exactly one account. Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
• You must not be a current or former employee or close family member of a bff77 employee or contractor, without prior written consent from bff77 management.

bff77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved.

03Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

bff77 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all processed through secure verified channels:

• bKash — mobile financial service; deposits credited instantly during operational hours; withdrawals processed within 1–4 hours subject to KYC verification status.
• Nagad — mobile financial service; same credit timeline as bKash; both Nagad personal and merchant accounts accepted.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — accepted for deposit and withdrawal; standard processing times apply as above.
• Bank transfer — available for withdrawals above ৳10,000; processed within 1 business day (Bangladesh Standard Time); registered account name must match the bank account holder name exactly.

04Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bff77 offers promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated when the promotion is made available:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified on the promotion detail page.
• Bonus funds may only be used for betting on eligible game categories as specified per promotion. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• bff77 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time due to technical errors, suspected abuse, or market conditions, with notice provided via the registered player contact where practicable.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in cancellation of all active bonuses at bff77's sole discretion.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valued at the stake level specified in the promotion detail. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the applicable rollover before withdrawal.

bff77 does not guarantee that any bonus or promotion will be available at any given time. VIP tier players may receive exclusive promotions not available to standard accounts.

05Platform Rules & Prohibited Conduct

All users of the bff77 platform are required to conduct themselves in accordance with the following rules at all times. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances at bff77's sole discretion:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly forbidden.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds — commonly referred to as arbing or surebet exploitation — is prohibited. Winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Any form of money laundering, chip dumping, match fixing, or collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose — including operating a third-party agent service, collecting bets on behalf of others, or running a syndicate through a single bff77 account — is prohibited.

bff77 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts identified as exhibiting prohibited conduct will be placed under review without prior notice. Players who believe their account has been placed under review in error should contact [email protected].

06Intellectual Property & Platform Content

All content on the bff77 platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of bff77 or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The bff77 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of the platform.

• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the bff77 platform without express written permission from bff77.
• You may not use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary information of bff77 without prior express written consent.
• Game content, live dealer streams, and sports data feeds displayed on the platform are provided under licence from third-party providers and remain the intellectual property of those providers.
• Any unauthorised use of bff77 platform content terminates the permission granted by bff77 and may give rise to a claim for damages.

07Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bff77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. bff77's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bff77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
• Odds and markets are subject to change without notice up until the moment a bet is confirmed. A bet is only binding once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the player's account.
• bff77 is not responsible for telecommunications or internet service failures, power outages, or connectivity issues on the player's device that result in lost bets or missed promotional windows.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or physical equipment operated by licensed studio providers. bff77 does not control game outcomes and accepts no liability for results produced by third-party game engines.

08Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

bff77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bff77 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting bff77 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via the registered payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms will not be entitled to a balance refund.

09Responsible Gaming Obligations

bff77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player interactions. As a condition of using the platform, all players agree to the following responsible gaming obligations:

• Players must not use borrowed money, money intended for essential living expenses, or funds belonging to another person to fund their bff77 account.
• Players who wish to set a deposit limit, loss limit, or session time limit may do so by contacting bff77 support. Once set, a 24-hour cooling-off period applies before any limit can be increased, to protect the player from impulsive decisions.
• Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion the account will be suspended and bff77 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications being sent to the excluded player.

10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bff77 operates. Players in Bangladesh are subject to the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to the extent applicable to online gaming and betting activities conducted via digital platforms.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, bonus terms, or any account-related decision, the player should first contact bff77 customer support at [email protected] with full details. bff77 commits to a substantive response within 5 business days. If the dispute remains unresolved after bff77's internal review, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceeding.

11Contact & Communications

All formal communications from players to bff77 — including account queries, withdrawal disputes, bonus complaints, responsible gaming requests, and account closure requests — must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. bff77 will not be bound by any commitment made through informal channels such as live chat unless subsequently confirmed in writing by an authorised representative.

bff77 may send promotional communications to registered players via the mobile number or contact method provided at registration. Players who do not wish to receive promotional communications may opt out by contacting [email protected]. Opting out does not affect transactional communications such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and account security alerts.
